Welcome to V-WEB

These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of V-WEB’s Website Development Services.

Scope of Work

This payment is strictly for the selected website development package (Static / Professional Dynamic). Any additional features, revisions, or out-of-scope work requested after the project starts will be charged extra.

Content & Delivery Timeline

The project timeline (typically 7 to 15 working days) will begin only after the client provides all necessary assets, including text content, images, logos, and server login credentials. Delayed assets will result in a shifted delivery date.

EMI Subvention & Bank Charges

The 0% No Cost EMI option is subject to eligibility and approval by the client’s respective credit card issuing bank. Any additional processing fees, bank taxes, or individual card charges levied by the bank are the sole responsibility of the client.

Post-Launch Support

Free basic technical support will be provided for 30 days after the website goes live. Any subsequent updates, modifications, or ongoing maintenance will be subject to an Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC).
